I just finished a 30 minute elliptical workout. Feels good to have it done and over with. Yesterday I walked for 40 minutes at a local park...it was exactly what I needed. I felt so much better after that.
My eating yesterday was a little out of hand. I had too much bread and I also had some baked fries. Today the scale is up 2 lbs so bread and starches are definitely my enemy. Today I plan on cutting way back on them.
Oh...and the SUN WAS SHINING ALL DAY :-D
