Monday 3/2/15

Morning,

Yesterday was a good day, it could have been better. I ate some things I shouldn't have but over all I did ok. I got in a 30 minute elliptical workout and was burning by the end. I love that thing. Best investment I ever made.

Today will be a circuit after work. Maybe my new workout will come today? I forgot to tell you guys that I ordered a workout. Kelly Coffee Meyers "Gym Intervals". Its a circuit workout using a cardio machine of your choice. I really like her...I used to have a few of her workouts.

Anyhoot. I'm not logging into myfitnesspal because I want my days in a row counter to start over to one.
