So yesterday was good. I got in a 60 minute circuit using my elliptical and free weights. I'm SO SORE this morning....I love it. I will be reminded all day about my workout yesterday.
My calories yesterday ended up being about 1980, I started munching after supper and ate back all my exercise calories. Today I won't do that. Heck I wasn't even hungry after supper.
I've got an elliptical workout planned after work and all my food is logged in for the day.
