Weigh In

Good Morning

Goal- around 170ish

Yes...thats 7 lbs down on my first week of Atkins. WooHoo :-D What a thrill to see that. I know its mostly water weight and I don't expect this big drop every week but what I nice feeling.

The first two days were hard, but now its becoming second nature. And the fact that the scale is moving is a huge motivator.

I will have to find some new food to eat though, if anyone reading has any good recipes please feel free to post them in the comments or email me.

So my official weigh in will be on Tuesdays.

Good Afternoon, Wow, I can't believe my last post was back in November of 17'. A lot of things has happened since then. I told y...
