Well, I woke up this morning and I'm feeling better, emotionally. Not grumpy like yesterday. Perhaps its the fact that I'm off the next two days after today? lol
My calories were great yesterday and I got in a 40 min walk.
I told myself that since I'm off the next two days I will get in a workout in the am then a walk in the pm. I need to burn some of those calories I went over on Wednesday and Thursday.
