I've got my lunch packed and feeling great this morning. A side salad w/light ranch dressing, ham sandwich on whole wheat bread with peppers, tomato, jalapenos and lettuce and baby carrots as another veggie. Breakfast is a 1/2 natural peanut butter sandwich with greek yogurt. I brought an apple too.
I have been feeling so good since eating better. More energy and my mood is always up. I'm loving it!!
Tuesday was a cardio workout and I would love to squeeze in a workout today after work. Will see how it goes, we're suppose to go bowling this evening.
