Quick Check In

Well I should say good afternoon since its almost 3 o'clock.

Just checking in with a workout and another good day of eating. Yesterday I did another Cathe workout, 4ds higher intensity step + chest & back and ended the day at 1800 calories.

Today I did 4ds lower intensity step + shoulders, core & calves. and plan on eating 1700 calories.

I have to work the next 4 days but I do plan on getting in at least one more workout. I will check in again then.

I have no idea how much I weigh. I refuse to weigh until its been at least 4/5 weeks. I pulled on a pair of my pants earlier,  just to see how they fit and they're not as tight as they were. Thats encouraging.....
