June 2013 Workouts Thread

6/1- spin bike + arms 35 minute workout
6/2- 50 mins of legs, chest & back + Hiit.
6/3-rest
6/4-45min interval run @ park
6/5-30 min spin
6/6-37mins Cathe's Afterburn
6/7-40 mins gazelle + 32 min yoga max ( cathe)
6/8-
6/9-50 min gazell interval w/spin & some weights
6/10-vacation (lots of walking on vaca)
6/11-vacation
6/12-60 mins @ hotel gym. Elliptical + weight machines
6/13-vacation
6/14-headed back from vacation
6/15-30 min gazelle workout dvd
6/16-45 mins, 2 segments total, of low impact circuit ( Cathe Friedrich)
6/17-55 min interval ( chest, back & shoulders PH + cardio on gazelle and spin bike)
6/18rest
6/19-six flags walking all day
6/20-60 min total. 20mins on gazelle and did squats,sumo squats, bicep & triceps on PH then two segments      
         Drill Max.
6/21-rest
6/22- low impact step (original) on risers.
6/23-45 mins cardio ( mowed really high lawn in back yard)
6/24- dance cardio sculpt (jessica Smith Youtube)
6/25-rest
6/26- 30 mins elliptical + 20 mins legs ( 12reps x 3 hip abduction, leg curls, hamstring curl)
6/27 - 6/30 Worked out at gym three times

One Month Follow Up

Its been four weeks since I started taking Phentermine to help boost my weight loss. Yesterday was my monthly doctors visit and according to there scale im down 9lbs (my scale, w/no clothes is 12lbs). They also measure your waist and hips and I lost an inch in both of those.

Over all im pleased with the month...I mean, seriously -how can I complain? It wasn't hard at all. The diet pill basically erases your appetite. I still eat what I like in moderation, just watch my portions. I have also been getting in some workouts every other day.

I can't wait to see what the next month will bring :)

Adds on my Dashboard...help!

Can anybody out there please tell me how to get rid of these pesky adds that keep popping up on my dashboard? There at the top of the page and its hard to see half of my page :(
