TGIT Baby

Yep, thats right. Thank God Its Thursday because im off the next three days :D whoot whoot fist pump

Well, ive been watching what I eat this week but no weight loss. I'm the same weight I was when I first weighed on black Friday. *eye roll

I've been lifting weights, during circuit workouts and interval jogging so im sure im holding onto a lot of water.

I should really toss the scale and forget about my weight. Soon ( it may take about a month) I will notice small changes in my clothes. It just seems the scale can be so discouraging?
