10/1- 40 Minute power walk
10/2- 2 mile Hike ( 63 mins - rough terrain) + abs
10/3-rest ( did house work)
10/4-2mile power walk
10/5-3 mile walk ( Leslie Sansone Just walk ) + abs & upper body from her 30 day challenge
10/6-3 mile walk (leslie)
10-7-rest
10/8-34 mins hard strikes by Cathe (wanted more intensity :) )
10/9- 45 min power walk
10/10-30 min walk
10/11-30 min circuit
10/12-30 min circuit  + 30 min power walk
10/13-50 min circuit ( cathe low impact circuit)
10/14-40 min turbo jam cardio party mix 2
10/15-35 min power walk
10/16-?
10/17-rest
10/18-60 min power walk (4miles)
10/19-40 min turbo jam + 30 min evening power walk
10/20-30 min power walk
10/21- 20 min turbo jam + 25 min total body sculpting + 2 mile afternoon walk
10/22-37 min kickbox ( Cathe 4DS)
10/23-37 min step aerobics
10/24-rest
10/25-rest
10/26- Cathe cardio and weights +ab ( 62 min circuit workout)
10/27-rest
1028-25 mins Slide & Glide ( cathe) 45 min 3 mile walk ( Leslie )
10/29-40 min cardio kickbox w/chris freytag (youtube workout)
10/30-rest
10/31-rest
