9/1-Body Fusion on risers
9/2-40 mins knockout body including ab work (10 minute solutions)
9/3-40 min power walk

9/7-50 mins travel fit including abs
9/8-45 minutes of mowing the lawn
9/9-30 min walk
9/10- 40 min walk + Strictly Strength ( jessica smith)
9/11- 30 min Hiit + tank top arms (18mins)

9/14-JS Cardio ball blast + Total body strength training 
9/15-JS barefoot fusion walk + stretch, rest & relax
9/16-30 min walk
9/17-two 30 minute power walks. Am + PM walks
9/18-two 30 minute power walks. Am + PM walks

9/23-30 min Hiit + abs
