August 2013 workouts

8/1-rest
8/2-Cathe Athletic training ( 56 minute circuit)
8/3-35 minute power walk
8/4-rest
8/5-rest
8/6-90 min workout at gym. 60 min upper body + 30 min elliptical
8/7-60 min @ gym. Legs. Did 3 sets of 10, twice. On all leg machines.
8/8-
8/9-
8/10-
8/11-3 mile power walk
8/12- muscle max push pull UB premix
8/13-
8/14-
8/15-
8/16-
8/17-40 mins cardio
8/18-30 min cardio
8/19-30 min cardio
8/20-44 min step aerobics ( low max step combos only)
8/21-30 min cardio
