July 2013 Workouts thread

 Joined a gym this month, lets see if I can get some results
7/01 - 30 mins elliptical + 3 sets of ten outer & inner thigh, leg machine, triceps, chest.
7/02-30 elliptical + back & biceps for 30 mins
7/03-30 mins elliptical + 30 mins legs. ( outer, inner thighs, leg press, quad press)
7/6-30 min elliptical + 45 mins of upper body including back, chest, triceps & biceps.
7/7-Cathe Friedrich's 4DS/LIS 35min low impact step on one set of risers.
7/8-Boot camp workout with Becky @ Gym 60mins
------------started eating higher protein and lower carbs------------
7/9-30 mins treadmill (hills interval) + 30 mins on elliptical (reverse intervals)
7/10-60 min boot camp ( did Jessica smith TV 40 min high step then 20 mins of bootcamp)
7/11-50 min cardio @ gym (20 min treadmill intervals + 30 min elliptical hill program) Weight: 210
7/12-60 mins @ home ( 38 mins w/jessica smith in walking interval w/step +  cathe bootcamp weights)
7/13-40 mins elliptical + 20 mins legs ( leg press, calves, quad press and hamstring)
7/14-afterburn w/cathe friedrich
7/15-60 mins cardio
7/16-60min w/becky @ gym + 15mins biceps, triceps & chest
7/17-vacation no workout _eating bad
7/18-40mins cardio 30 mins legs (outer & inner legs, leg press, calves, quads & hamstrings)_eating bad ( anxiety up, bad mood swings...dropped the low carb diet)
7/19-rest _
7/20-? didnt record
7/21-? didn't record
7/22--45min cardio (30 min interval run + 15min elliptical)_eating bad
7/23-60 min circuit at gym. (treadmill interval runs + legs in between runs+ 20mins elliptical)eating good
7/24-25 minute of step moves, Cathe ( tired, it was this or nothing) eating good
7/25-rest - mowed back yard
7/26-45 min elliptical followed by 15mins of core & lower back machine ( 20x3sets)
7/29- Full upper body, cathe muscle max. Ab work ( 3x25reps crunchs, leg raises, situps)
7/30-45 min cardio
7/31-Full Lower body workout at gym. 50mins
