April 2013 workout thread

4/1-rest
4/2-six flags, 6 hours of walking around
4/3-4 mile power walk + 100 body squats
4/4- cardio super sets (LIS)
4/5-Xtrains Super Cuts ( Hiit 46mins)
4/6-
4/7-35min walk
4/8- 60 min walk
4/9-all out low impact Hiit (Cathe xtrain)
4/10-power hour + 30 min walk
4/11-4miles. 47 mins
4/12-total body sculpting
4/13-Hassfit.com 28 minute body weight workout + 10 min core + 104minutes total hiking
4/14- rest
4/15- xtrain burn sets, chest & shoulders +core#1
4/16- xtrain cardio super sets
4/17-30 min power walk
4/18- Xtrain bi's & tri's rounds 1-6 + core#2, LIS lower body trisets lower body express workout.
4/19-rest
4/20-4 mile hike @ sweet water ( rough terrain) 2 hours
4/21-rest
4/22-40 minute hike +  muscle max upper body only premix
4/23-rest
4/24- kpc kick and punch combos + legs and glutes standing & core = 60mins
4/25-rest
4/26-Muscle Endurance upper body & core+ 28 minute hike
4/27-
4/28-
4/29-
4/30-42 minute hike
