Today I will...

1) Not think about my argument with my boss - Not done
2) get my workout in - DONE! 
3) eat what I plan - not done
4) listen to my positive down loads + weight loss down loads - DONE
5) Not eat after 7pm - not done

Today was Cathe's Low Impact Series Cardio supersets. Pretty intense, I was sweating.

After work I plan on scrolling through some rotations and finding one to do for a month involving Xtrain. to work.
