3/11- 2 miles w/Leslie Sansone + rounds 1-6 of cardio leg blast w/Cathe
3/12- Turbo Jam Party mix #1 + Xtrain bicep & triceps rounds 4-9
3/13- Xtrain Legs standing & Barre done.
3/14-LIS cardio supersets 
3/15= Xtrain chest back and shoulders 
3/16 - Xtrain all out low impact Hiit + core #1
3/17-Xtrain biceps and triceps done
3/18- rest
3/19-xtrain cardio leg blast rounds 1-6 + core #2 , 2 mile power walk with Leslie sansone,  yoga relax  xpress                     premix #2 
3/20-Rounds 1-4 xtrain CBS + Timesaver Hard Strikes
