2/10-50 min upper body heavy weights
2/11-35min power walk
2/12-Turbo Jam partymix #1 45mins
2/13-2mile walk + 30mins travel fit

2/15-37mins interval training + 20min biceps & triceps ( xtrain Hiit + bic's & trics)
2/16-rest
2/17-2mile power walk + Xtrain CBS rounds 1-4 done today
2/18-
2/19-30 minute power walk
2/20-30 minute power walk
2/21-30 minute power walk
2/22- Low Impact Circuit 112 minutes
2/23-30 minutes of turbo jam - punch, kick and jam
2/24-3mile power walk (40 mins) + Xtrain Legs premix: standing , floor & chair. ( 35 min)
2/25-rest
2/26-xtrain chest,back & shoulders (36mins) + all out low impact premix floor & disc (25 mins)
2/27-3 mile power walk
2/28-rest
