Week #1 XT-90 undulating rotation
1/1 - Chest, Back & Shoulders 32min premix
1/2 -Leg Cardio Blast 58mins ( around 58mins?)
1/3 - Hard Strikes 54mins
1/4 - Bi's & Tri's Xtrain + 28mins yoga
1/5- Legs premix 3 ( I think I did about 40mins of this premix)
1/6- rest
1/7- All Out Hiit premix 1 (50mins)
1/8 -rest
1/9 -30min power walk
1/10 -rest
1/11 -30 min cardio
1/12 --35min back and bicep + 30min power walk
1/13 -rest
1/14 -rest
1/15- 35 min power walk
1/16-xtrain tabatasice premix #1
1/17-'Points Plus Fitness Workout' -(30 mins interval training)
1/18- 3mile power walk(some jogging) + 20mins of yoga.
1/19-rest
1/20-35mins Hard Strikes
1/21-
1/22-muscle max time saver (core included)
1/23-Xtrain All out HiiT double step premix
1/24-rest
1/25- 3mile power walk(40mins) + All Upper body Burn sets (60mins) 100mins total workout time :D
1-26-rest
1/27-rest
1/28-30 minute power walk
1/29-30minute power walk + Xtrains Hiit Time saver Standing+disc+core.
1/30-Xtrain Chest, Shoulders & back (40mins)
1/31-4 mile power walk ( Leslie S. 4 fast miles) +
