Down 5lbs since Monday :-D , im enjoying the decreasing # but I know here shortly that # won't decrease as fast. And that's simply because im in the first stages of my diet - when the body releases water. Maybe I'll lose 10lbs before the scale slows down...wouldn't THAT be cooooooaaaawwwwlllll.
So no early morning workout this morning to report. Just a clogged up nose, my foot kinda hurting (since I can't stay off the damn thing like the doctor said ...) and some pretty good tricep doms. ( Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness)
ok..enough jibber jabber. I gotta get ready for work and get my breakfast and lunch packed.
When I get off work I plan on doing Total Body Trisets (cathe) Back Biceps & Core
