since last mondays weight. This makes me very, VERY excited!!!!!
I've been fighting cravings, avoiding fast food ( my weakness) and keeping the night eating under control. I haven't been counting calories but I estimate them to be around 1500-1800 a day.
No workouts this week besides the one upper body workout and core that I did on thursday night. My foot is doing better if I follow the doctors orders but once I start straying from those orders, here comes the pain again. ( like yesterday, didn't ice the foot and woke up with heel pain).
anyways, off to work
