just popping in tonight to report a workout I did after a very long day.

Cathe Friedrichs 4DS Back and Biceps (20mins) Then I did some cardio, Cathe's Low impact series: Cardio supersets premix 1-4 intervals. I  had great energy =)

ok. Have a good night. Im gonna go watch Eric, I mean True Blood ;-)
