It's 5:15 in the morning. WTH am I doing up this early you say? WORK IT

(besides, im pretty sure I won't have the energy to workout after work today lol)

On this morning agenda : 4ds Chest, Shoulders and Triceps :) Yesterday after work I did some low max (3 intervals for around 35mins) to get some coffee first ;-)

  2. Thank you :) , my philosophy on early morning workouts is " don't think - just do it" LOL. It actually puts me in a pretty good mood for the rest of the day.
