Starting Weight - 188
Goal weight 180 (baby steps)

Plan of action-1700 calories a day, walking every evening with my kids + jumping on the trampoline. (And if I feel like it, maybe getting in some weight lifting)

My main focus right now is the 1700 calories. And after reading all the side effects from diet pills on the market, I decided to go this route instead.

Temporary Feelings

Hello All, I'm not sure why all of a sudden I started having these terrible symptoms but there just about unbearable. I keep calling ...
