Successful Day One For Me!!!!

Day one was great. I did a 40minute step routine ( Cathe Friedrich LIS) plus a 20minute total body routine ( Cathe's Total Body Sculpting) and I stayed right at my calorie goal. =)

I had one bad craving yesterday and I chewed gum and it worked. Today I plan on popping in a Leslie Sansone workout after work.  I already have my food logged in for half the day.
