Day #1

Starting weight: 181.2 (booooooooo)
Goal weight - anything other than 181.2

Seriously though, my goal right now is to stay on track and take it slow.

So my calories were 1360. 

No workout today, but I can guarantee that I walked at least 2miles or more at work. My legs are aching right now. to do some cleaning before I settle in and watch some reruns of True Blood. ( YUM ERIC)
