Day #4 Rest

Todays a rest day, im pooped. I did Cathe's Muscle Max timesaver premix yesterday and mygoodness my legs are screaming this morning. I matched her weight on every exercise except the sumo squat, she used 25lbs and I used a 20.



Yesterdays calories were 1825, about 125 calories over my limit so Ive really got to be careful today. At least I got in a good workout to help balance it all out :)
