Mashed Potato Head

Calories Out- 358

Today I did a 35min step aerobics workout. Feeling good today..no bad cravings. My MIL brought some KFC over and  I managed to not leap out of my seat and go head first into the mashed potatoes, lol. I only had 1 & 1/2 chicken strip and about a 1/4 of a biscuit and thats it. Thats great for this fast food addict!

  1. You are doing great with the exercise and the eating! You're strong for stopping after only a little KFC. There's some lemon cake in the kitchen. I have the calories for it, but I'm worried I'd go back for seconds (and possibly thirds). Haha, I'm jealous of your ability to exercise moderation.

    1200 worked fine for me at first because I took the week off running. Add 40 mi/week to the equation, and the 1200 calories went out the window. I'm good at maintaing, so I just want to freaking lose the rest of my weight and enjoy maintenance! How many calories/day do you shoot for? I think I'm going to aim for 1600-1800. It's been so long since I really, really counted calories that I'm not sure what sounds good. I guess we'll see... :)
