I've been on plan for 30 days...

...and im SO PROUD of myself :)

Sunday's are my break days. I don't count anything and indulge in whatever i want. I think that one day of 'freedom' is the only thing that keeps me going! Seriously...counting/weighing every morsel that goes in your mouth can be hard, specially when your having a bad day and all you want to do is eat a big piece of chocolate cake:-o.  It was hard at first but now its more or less habit...

....GOTTA KEEP GOING...

Summer Cold's SUCK!

Sunday night i started sniffling and thought nothing of it. Its ragweed season right now and i figured it was allergies.

Yesterday i woke up with a pounding headache, stuffed up nose and slight body aches. I did have about 3glasses of red wine Sunday night (yeehaw -the culprit behind the pounding headache,hehehe) But WOW, i haven't felt this bad in a Very. Long. Time :(

One of my rules whenever i have an upper respiratory/sinus cold is to take it easy on the workouts. So...I took a rest day yesterday and will probably do the same today. Im keeping my calories on the lower end of my calorie range too, just to be safe...

So im off to fix me some breakfast then watch some episodes of season 2 : The Closer...

Sunday Weigh In

Im down another lb :-) 172.2!!! It's nice to consistently see the scale lowering ever week but i got to tell ya...i was hoping for more this week. This one lb a week weight loss is driving me batty! So, this week im going to try something different. Im going to power walk 30minutes for four days this week in addition to my regular morning workouts. And really watch my calories. Im pretty sure if i can keep them at or below 1500 i can lose more. It can be hard...especially at night.
