Where's My Endorphins Today?

I'm in SUCH a crappy mood today. First i woke up just energy at all. Usually coffee takes care of that but NOT TODAY:( . My two cups didn't help at all. The kids are on a roll, I've already had to break up two arguments. Im still on plan as far as calories and i finished my workout earlier and was hoping it would bring me those happy endorphins that i need. I did a 40minute Step Areobics dvd plus some yoga. of course while doing the yoga I heard some water flowing off the coffee table onto my carpet(*ahem* not the relaxing water flow one would expect while doing yoga), the kids knocked over there drink and then i heard them scramble to clean it up before 'mommy finds out'......Kids, gotta love them;) I've got to refocus and get in a better mood. No more poor pitiful me today. I think i know whats wrong. This is day 6 on my diet and day 7 is my 'planned cheat meal' and im ready for it...calorie counting drives me BONKERS. Tomorrow is my weigh in day far im down this week. Hopefully it will stick for tomorrows wi. ok,i feel better

Rain Delay

I'M EXHAUSTED THIS MORNING! We went to a ATL Braves game last night and while we did have fun, i wasn't planning on staying out that late. We didn't get home until 1:30am, there was a 2 hour rain delay. The game finally started a little over 9:30 We left in the bottom of the 7th inning (they were losing anyways and i was 'done' with it all) I had my meals all planned out but by the time 11:30 came around i was really hungry. I'm usually asleep by that time & if the game would have started on time we would of been home or on the way. DH got a cheeseburger meal and all four of us had some, i had about three bites of a cheeseburger then a small hand full of fries and felt better. Before that i had about 1450 calories wise so im estimating my calories after words around 1700-1900 so im still happy with my self. We also spent a lot of time walking around so i know i got rid of some of those extra calories. Even though there was a rain delay the kids managed to have a blast! They got there face painted, ate junk food and cheered on the team!

First Goal Reached...

...its time for a new one! Got on the scale today and i was pleasantly surprised to see 178.0! yay! Its nice to be back in the 170' Now I've got to work on getting rid of some weight for June. My plan is to try to get rid of 3-4lbs by the end of June, a reasonable goal I think. Its kinda tricky because I lift weight about three times a week and the scale is always up after those days. So im going to make sure that i do a cardio before my official weigh in day on Sunday, maybe it will help with the water weight ;-) Tomorrow will be another challenge because were going to a Baseball game with all that yummy food there. ARG. I plan on bringing my food while my kids and DH eat there...I think thats the hardest part of my journey, watching my family eat all the yummy stuff that i want! I keep reminding myself that those yummy foods will be there when i want to eat them @ my goal size, HA. ok, have a good day :)
