Dec/23-Step Moves + Standing poses w/Rodney Yee yoga
Dec/24- High Reps
Dec/25-rest
Dec/26-40min run interval. + stretching 45mins total (460 burned)
Dec/27-rest
Dec/28-4 day split high intensity step + chest & back 58mins ( 473 burned)
Dec/29-45 minute power walk on treadmill on a 1% incline
Dec/30- 20min kick box workout...not feeling goodDec/31-rest, sick

  1. Hi, checking in. Seems a rough patch here for you. The holidays can be challenging all on their own. Being laid off just before the holidays, that has to be a bummer; sorry to hear you have to deal with that. As for the butt photo, it is just a photo and they aren't always a true reflection of how you or others really see you. But then again,if that photo motivates you to get moving and eating as you know you should, well then look at it often... Have a great holiday weekend!

  2. Looks like you are kicking butt with the exercise! Keep it up, mama!!!!

    Leave a comment on Allan's blog asking him about his plan, and he should get in touch with you. That's what I did. You get 1200 calories per day. It doesn't sound like much, but I really haven't been hungry. The plan gives meal recommendations, and the meals are certainly filling.
