11/1 -all of cardio and weights (58 mins, 565 burned)
11/2 - rest (started new job)
11/3- ME Upper split premix ( can't find HRM :s)
11/4-30 minute power walk (180)
11/5-Step Moves (430 calories burned)
11/6- Maximum Intensity Strength (skipped some segments) (1:09 minutes, 390 burned)
11/7-Athletic Step 397 burned
11/8- rest
11/9 - 30 minute power walk + Muscle Max Upper body ( 68mins, 454 burned)
11/10-  workday/rest
11/11-rest
11/12-rest
11/13-25mins of 4ds/his (pulled a calf muscle so had to cut it short)
11/14-30min dog walk, 15mins of core work
11/15- power hour (no lunges, watching the calf muscle)
11/16-

11/20-Stretch max then- LM step combos only
