May 31~ Cardio Coach Volume 5, core work.
May 30~ rest/ mowed lawn May 29~25min dog walk, 4ds High Intensity Step(Cathe), 20min yoga(Rodney yee)
May 28~Drill Max cardio drills 1-5 (33mins) + Drill Max Lower body drills and 3sets of BB squats @ 40lbs.(30minutes)
May 27~30min Rythmic Step(Cathe) + muscle max, upper body Push/pull premix, 30min dog walk in the evening
May 26~Rest
May 25~Jillian michaels yoga meltdown + two challenges in cardio coach v1
May 24~30 min run interval + legs,shoulders,biceps & triceps from muscle max (cathe)
May 23~level 2 30 day shred
May 22~rest May 21~22 min Elliptical + Chest&back muscle max
May 20~ 30min Elliptical + 10min run interval May 19~Jillian Michaels Back in Action
May 18~30 min dog walk
May 17~rest, walk the dog
May 16~30 min mix of cardio
May 15~ Kelly coffey meyer NYC + 30 min dog walk
May 14~ 30 min dog walk
May 13~30 min dog walk + level 1 of 30 day shred
May 12~ Low Impact Step morning, 30min dog walk afternoon
May 11~ 35min dog walk
May 10~ Kelly Coffey Meyer plyometrics, about 40mins total
May 9~ 4DS Kickbox (w/weighted gloves) + 4DS Legs. 67mins
May 8~ Rest May 7~Step combo's premix on Low Max + Upper body premix on Muscle Max(both Cathe Friedrich) totaling 85mins
May 6~30 minute dog walk + 35 mins of yoga
May 5~80 minutes of BM2 (cathe friedrich) all step combos+1 power circuit,leg drills+upper body may 4~mowed the lawn for 50 minutes(hey,its a workout,lol)
May 3~35 minute power walk + Power hour abbs
May 2~30 minutes of Step Blast
May 1~4ds legs + T.B.L weight loss yoga
