Great Day....

Yesterday i ended the day at 1630, im so proud of myself! Im going to have another great day today. I plan on getting in a dog walk first, then some power hour upper body then some yoga! ~~~~Edit to add~~~~~ Workouts done. Dog walk, PH/UB + abbs, then A.M yoga/standing poses. My arms are feels good. all took about 95minutes. I made myself do those so glad I did! :)
